Arrighetti has allowed two earned runs or fewer in each of his four starts this season and has emerged as one of the few stabilizing forces in Houston’s injury-ravaged rotation. The Astros snapped a six-game losing streak with Friday’s 10-0 win behind seven scoreless innings from Mike Burrows.
