Kids Run the Bases takes place after Sunday afternoon Houston Astros home games at Daikin Park, giving young fans the chance to step onto the field and run the bases just like their favorite players.
The promotion is open to children ages 5–12 and is presented by Olshan Foundation Solutions.
Where to Line Up
Astros Buddies members receive priority access.
Section 131 / 132 — Astros Buddies members only
Section 132 / 133 — General public line
Astros Buddies members must present their Buddies membership badge to Astros staff to receive early access.
Kids Run the Bases Participation Details
Children may begin lining up at the top of the eighth inning.
Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian while waiting in line, but adults are not permitted on the field during the run.
After completing their run, children exit the field near Sections 127 / 128.
No additional ticket is required beyond the child’s game ticket.
If a child uses a wheelchair and wishes to participate, fans may contact Astros Fan Accommodations ahead of time at fans@astros.com or visit Fan Accommodations at Section 112 during the game.
If a game is moved to Sunday Night Baseball, Kids Run the Bases will be canceled that day.
