The Silver Boot Series returns to Daikin Park this weekend, bringing first-place implications and one of the Astros’ biggest promotional weekends of the year. The Astros host the Texas Rangers for a pivotal three-game series while fans can enjoy giveaways, fireworks, Marvel Night, Pilates in the Park, and Kids Run the Bases throughout the weekend.
Friday, July 31
Friday’s 7:15 p.m. opener kicks off the weekend’s three-game Silver Boot Series showdown, with Hunter Brown facing Jacob deGrom in one of the year’s marquee pitching matchups.
Fans arriving early can enjoy First Bud Friday from 5-7 p.m. before the first pitch. The first 10,000 fans through the gates will receive a Yordan Alvarez navy jersey, presented by Chevron.
Following the game, stick around for Friday Night Fireworks, presented by ConocoPhillips, featuring a soundtrack celebrating 2016.

Saturday, August 1
Saturday’s 6:10 p.m. game features one of the Astros’ biggest giveaways of the season. Every fan in attendance will receive a José Altuve outfield bobblehead, presented by H-E-B.
The game is also Marvel Night, with a Yordan Alvarez Spider-Man bobblehead available as a special add-on ticket package.
The Silver Boot Series continues Saturday, and discounted group tickets remain available.
Sunday, August 2
The series finale begins Sunday at 1:10 p.m. Central, with a family-friendly lineup of promotions headlined by an Astros bolo tie cap giveaway for the first 10,000 fans, presented by Don’t Mess With Texas.
Before the game, fans can purchase an add-on ticket for Pilates in the Park, presented by Houston Methodist. After the final out, children ages 5-12 are invited to participate in Kids Run the Bases, presented by Olshan Foundation Services.
Sunday also marks the final meeting between the Astros and Rangers in this year’s Silver Boot Series.
