HOUSTON, TX – October 7, 2025 – The Houston Astros are giving fans a one-of-a-kind opportunity to make their holiday cards truly out of this world by offering professional photo sessions with everyone’s favorite alien, Orbit, at Daikin Park.
The special photo sessions will take place over two days:
- Saturday, November 8th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday, November 9th: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Make Your Holiday Cards Stand Out
Fans can purchase photo session slots at $235.32 per session, inclusive of all taxes and fees. Each session can accommodate up to ten people, making it perfect for families, friend groups, or anyone looking to add some interstellar charm to their holiday greetings.

The Astros will provide everything needed for a professional photo experience:
- A photo session with Orbit
- An on-site professional photographer
- A unique background inside Daikin Park
- High-resolution photos emailed to participants by Friday, November 14th
Exact timing will be on a first-come, first-served basis within each 30-minute block on the day of the photo session. Time slots must be purchased in advance, as walk-ups will not be accepted.
Important Details
Deadline to Register: Orders must be received by Wednesday, November 6th at 5:00 PM.
Availability: Space is extremely limited during both days, and fans are encouraged to act quickly to secure their preferred time slot.
Session Capacity: Each photo session may include up to ten people, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.
Photo Delivery: High-resolution photos will be emailed to participants the week following their session, guaranteed by Friday, November 14th—plenty of time to have holiday cards printed and mailed.
Restrictions and Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, the following restrictions apply:
- No pets of any kind will be permitted into Daikin Park
- Participants who are late or miss their scheduled photo session slot cannot be guaranteed a rescheduling opportunity
- No lewd or inappropriate photos may be taken, at the sole discretion of the Houston Astros and its representatives
- Signs or attire displaying political messaging will not be permitted in photos
