Notes

The Astros look to bounce back after Monday night’s 5-4 loss to the Twins in the second game of this three-game series at Daikin Park. Houston will once again be without Jeremy Peña, who was placed on the injured list Monday with a mild left calf strain, as Nick Allen makes another start at shortstop. After tonight’s series continues, the Astros have an off day Thursday before welcoming the Rays for a three-game homestand.
