The Houston Astros are offering fans a chance to make their mark at Daikin Park through the Astros Legacy Brick Program, a personalized brick installation located in the plaza outside the ballpark.
The bricks will be installed between the left field and center field gates, giving fans a permanent spot at the stadium tied to their name, family, or favorite Astros memory.
What Is the Astros Legacy Brick Program?
The program allows fans to purchase a custom-engraved brick that will be installed at Daikin Park. Each brick can include a personalized message, making it a popular option for birthdays, memorials, anniversaries, or longtime fans looking to leave a lasting mark at the ballpark.
Each purchase also includes:
- One complimentary replica brick
- A Certificate of Recognition
Additional replica bricks and display cases are available for purchase.
Pricing and Options
Fans can choose from three brick packages:
- 4″ x 8″ Brick: $215
- 8″ x 8″ Brick: $385
- 8″ x 8″ Logo Brick: $439
The larger bricks allow for more lines of text, while the logo option includes an Astros logo design.
What Can You Put on a Brick?
Bricks can include letters, numbers, and standard punctuation, but there are restrictions. Messages cannot include websites, phone numbers, social media handles, emojis, or anything deemed inappropriate or offensive by the Astros.
All text is engraved in uppercase and centered (with limited formatting exceptions for proper names).
Here’s how much space you get:
- 4″ x 8″ bricks: 1–3 lines, up to 16 characters per line
- 8″ x 8″ bricks: 1–6 lines, up to 16 characters per line
- 8″ x 8″ logo bricks: 1–4 lines, up to 16 characters per line
Where Are the Bricks Located?
The Legacy Bricks will be installed in the plaza outside Daikin Park, between the left field and center field gates, making them part of the fan experience when entering the ballpark.
Why Fans Might Consider It
For Astros fans, this is less about the brick itself and more about what it represents. Whether it’s a family name, a tribute, or a personal connection to the team, the program offers a way to tie that memory to the ballpark in a permanent way.
It’s also one of the few ways for fans to have something physically installed at Daikin Park that they can return to see over time.
If you’ve ever wanted to leave your mark at the ballpark, this is the more tangible ways to do it.
