The Houston Astros and ConocoPhillips are looking to recognize Houston-area math teachers who are making a difference in their classrooms.
The two organizations are inviting nominations for teachers who go above and beyond to inspire students’ excitement and interest in mathematics. Nominations for outstanding local math teachers can be submitted through the program’s online form.
Nominations will be accepted through Oct. 15 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
The program offers Astros fans an opportunity to recognize educators whose work often extends well beyond teaching equations and formulas.
Teachers can be nominated through the ConocoPhillips Math Teacher of the Month program.
